Existing hip tiles slipped nearly causing a deadly incident below. This project was carried out promptly as we had an obligation to ensure the site safety was rectified as quickly as possible. Existing hips removed and a new dry hip system installed. Unused Flu removed and tiled over, new timber fascia and UPVC guttering to all 4 roof elevations.
Broken slates on the first floor roofs removed and replaced with new.
