This large property in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire was in need of some tlc. The roof was old with various holes and a large quantity of broken tiles meant we had to strip the roof back, re felt with breathable membrane and install new treated 50mm roofing battens. The old tiles were in such poor condition we installed new giving this customer complete reassurance. The old felt flat roofs on the Dormers were stripped back and we installed the EPDM Rubber Roof system which has a product guarantee of 30 years.
