Previous Projects
Broadway, Worcestershire.
This large property in Broadway, Worcestershire, was in need of some tlc. The roof was old with various holes and a large quantity of broken tiles meant we had to strip the roof back, re felt with breathable membrane and install new treated 50mm roofing battens. The old tiles were in such poor condition we installed new giving this customer complete reassurance. The old felt flat roofs on the Dormers were stripped back and we installed the EPDM Rubber Roof system which has a product guarantee of 30 years.
Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham.
This Bungalow roof was leaking causing damp patches to form on the ceilings and the tops of the internal walls. The problem was that the old bitumen felt had rotted away in some areas and was not actually lay in the gutter. This is quite a common problem with properties of around this age. We stripped the first three courses of tiles off, re felt and battened the roof with Corotop Breathable Membrane and treated 50mm battens, replaced any broken tiles on the roof and then tiled the roof back in.
The cement verges on this property had also fallen out so this was replaced with new.
Tuffley, Gloucestershire.
Existing rotten and leaking flat roof removed from this properties outbuilding in Tuffley, Gloucester. We then re boarded with 18mm OSB and installed the EPDM Rubber Roof system and finished with black trim. New guttering was installed as the existing was brittle and leaking at the joints.
Cleeve Hill, Cheltenham.
Leaking and brittle 25 year old guttering replaced on a property on the side of Cleeve Hill, Cheltenham. Being located on the side of a hill the elements are much more severe. This customers gutter had served them since initially buying the property 25 years ago. We upgraded the guttering from a dated brown square colour to a much more modern black half round.
